摘要: The human respiratory syncytial virus (HRSV) fusion (F) protein is important for HRSV infection, but few studies have examined the genetic diversity of F gene from Chinese samples. In this study, a total 330 sequences collected different regions China between 2003 and 2014 were analyzed to understand their characteristics. addition, these compared with 1150 in Genbank 18 other countries. phylogenetic analysis, sorted into number clusters containing as well genotypes (as determined based on G sequences) within subgroup could be found same trees generated sequences. Amino acid analysis showed that countries highly conserved. Of interest, all samples completely conserved at palivizumab binding site, thus predicting susceptibility strains neutralizing antibody. conclusion, 2014, similar those countries,
