摘要: A molecular epidemiological study of human respiratory syncytial virus (HRSV) was conducted to examine the distribution its subgroups and genotypes, as well identify transmission pattern in China. total 705 samples collected from 9 provinces China between January 2008 February 2015 were identified HRSV-positive subsequently sequenced. Of these, 336 HRSV subgroup (HRSVA), 368 B (HRSVB), 1 sample contained both HRSVA HRSVB. These sequences, together with 766 sequences downloaded GenBank, analyzed understand recent circulation patterns HRSVB predominated 2008/2009 2009/2010 seasons, whereas 2010/2011 2011/2012 seasons; co-circulated during 2012/2013 2014/2015. Phylogenetic analysis showed most clustered into 2 namely, NA1 ON1. The ON1 genotype first detected 2011, it quickly replaced become prevalent circulating 2013 2015. Continuous surveillance characterization should be monitor evolution
