The Application of the PASA System in the Field of Allergy Diagnosis

摘要: Summary Using self-made and purified allergen extracts, positive signals for tree grass pollen, mite honey bee specific IgE ABs have been obtained. The detection limit of Bet v1-specific IgE-ABs with recombinant v1 was 0.35 kU/L. A combination natural extracts or al-lergens immobilized on one chip seems to lead the best performance. This may allow a better diagnosis resulting in allergy treatment. Positive could be broken down use allergens. immobilization allergens controlled using on-chip-biotinylation allergen-specific ELISAs based animal antibodies. At present, PASA system can used semi-quantitative screening total levels human serum samples. It is possible distinguish between non-allergic allergic patients classify them three categories low, medium high concentration. In addition, volume sample test low (50-100 µL/test) assay performed within hour. However, surface chemistry (incubation time, dilution sam-ples, calibration samples) i mproved further.
