摘要: Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is the most common of dementing disorders. AD begins insidiously and progresses gradually; it characterized clinically not only by an impairment in cognition, but also a decline global function, deterioration ability to perform activities daily living, appearance behavioral disturbances. No definitive tests for diagnosis are available, inclusion based on patient history, physical examination, neuropsychological testing, laboratory studies. Disease progression highly variable, median survival after onset dementia ranges from 5 9.3 years. Early recognition allows time plan future, treat patients before marked occurs.
