摘要: Instant Messaging(IM) is an emerging and popular communication tool in the Internet.IM,which has good characteristics such as real-time presence,has become third killer application Internet following Email Web.As evolving technology,IM attracting researches related research topics.This paper summarizes of IM,compared with other approaches,surveys IM service model protocols,discusses current topics on IM,and presents prospects future research.
