摘要: Background Internet use is increasing and in the future it will become a valuable tool for health professionals seeking communicating health, diet nutritional information. This study aimed to explore of Internet by dietitians UK. Methods A cross-sectional was carried out on random sample 200 selected from British Dietetic Association database. A self-completion questionnaire distributed determine access views provision nutrition information. Results Of 156 respondents questionnaire, 96% were female 4% male. The results revealed that 66% had at work, with 39% using once week or more. main reported uses searching information, research communication. Thirteen per cent seeing information obtained patients. Concerns about centred creating unrealistic patient expectations. Conclusion The does have role augmenting current services. substantial proportion studied already routinely their real potential its beginning be realized.
