摘要: Variation potential (VP), a propagating electrical signal unique to plants, induces number of changes in many physiological processes. However, the mechanisms its generation and propagation are still under discussion require experimental theoretical analysis, including VP simulations. The mathematical model for formation plants has been worked out is based on our previous description electrophysiological processes higher plant cells, plasma membrane ion transport systems (K+, Cl− Ca2+ channels, H+ Ca2+-ATPase, 2H+/Cl− symporter H+/K+ antiporter) their regulation, concentration cells extracellular spaces buffers cytoplasm apoplast. In addition, takes into account wound substance diffusion, which described by one-dimensional diffusion equation, ligand-gated activated this substance. simulates dependence amplitude, velocity shape distance from wounding site describes influence metabolic inhibitors, divalent cation chelators anion channel blockers reaction, as shown experiments. Thus, favorably theoretically supports role influx development.
