摘要: Local burning of a leaf induces unique electrical signal in plants: variation potential (VP), which can cause numerous functional responses, including changes photosynthesis. The influences VP on damage to photosynthetic machinery and thermal resistance whole plant with heating were investigated pea (Pisum sativum L.). Under high external temperature (53°C), induction was found accelerated initial lowering parameters, reduced transpiration rate, decreased PSI damage, increased PSII damage. Increased good accordance our previous data, but VP-induced stimulation under required further analysis. magnitudes experiments controls be different (~46−48°C after ~44−45°C without it) identical temperatures connected rates these conditions. Also the magnitude strongly correlated. As result, it supposed that contributed heating. Investigation VP’s influence growth showed suppression (i.e. increases did not noticeably plant).
