摘要: During 1980, The Futures Group performed a study under contract to the National Science Foundation devise convention for describing—in quantitative terms—technological state of art essential any technology. In designing this we hope that different analysts, working independently, would be able arrive at similar conclusion about technology study. With such measure hand, it possible, example, evaluate effectiveness investment in R&D by evaluating improvement technological given technology, per unit investment.
