摘要: This study examines fieldwork-methodology problems in China that few scholars have discussed social science, criminology and law, describes the author’s experiences conducting fieldwork for an empirical of criminal justice mid- western three aspects: general access to courts procuratorates, informed consent interviews, courtroom trials case files.
