摘要: Background Due to the unique features of xenografts including large supply from donors, minimal risk human disease transmission, and lower cost preparation production compared autografts allografts, they are considered as attractive alternatives traditional bone grafts. The animal source accessibility process have a direct correlation with quality final product. To evaluate whether has any effect on physicochemical histological properties xenograft, three deproteinized grafts were prepared sources that easily available in Iran, bovine (DBB), camel (DCB), ostrich (DOB). Methods In current study, substitute materials intended serve derived cow, camel, using thermochemical processing procedure. properties, vitro cytocompatibility vivo regeneration capability grafts, assessed OCS-B an approved product global market. Results physical tests confirmed hydroxyapatite nature products. SEM BET analysis showed morphological structural differences between products due sources. studies was free chemicals biocompatible mouse fibroblast myoblast cell lines. revealed formation DBB, DCB, DOB no significant difference one another despite their differences. DCB highest graft residue after two month. No signs immunogenicity observed study groups blank group. Conclusion may offer favorable response similar those commercial material.
