摘要: Abstract. Wheat is the most widely grown crop globally and an essential source of calories in human diets. Maintaining increasing global wheat production therefore strongly linked to food security. In this paper, evaluation model winter potential productivity was proposed based on agro-ecological zone historical yield data recent 30 years (1983-2011) obtained from FAO. And productions world were investigated. The results showed that realistic Western Europe highest it more than 7500 kg/hm2. North China Plain also higher, which about 6000 However, United States main producing country not high, only 3000 addition these regions areas, other very low mainly less 1500 kg/hm2, like southwest region Russia. gaps between Kazakhstan India biggest, percentages gap 40%. Russia, lowest percentage Russia 10%.
