摘要: To evaluate the effects of physiologic hyperglucagonemia on splanchnic glucose output, glucagon was infused in a dose 3 ng/kg per min to healthy subjects basal state and after output had been inhibited by an infusion (2 mg/kg min). In state, causing 309 +/- 25 pg/ml rise plasma concentration accompanied rapid increase values two three times 7-15 min. The arterial blood (0.5-1.5 mM) correlated directly with increment output. Despite continued infusion, face stable insulin levels, declined 22 min, returning levels 30-45 initially receiving rose 5-12 muU/ml, while fell 85-100%. Infusion 272 30 reversed inhibition production within 5 Splanchnic reached peak 60% above at 10 subsequently 20-25% below These findings provide direct evidence that increments stimulate reverse insulin-mediated normal man. transient nature stimulatory effect suggests development or reversal action. This does not appear depend increased secretio.
