摘要: BACKGROUND: After GM-CSF or IL-3 stimulation, the activation of JAK2 tyrosine kinase and members Src family kinases takes place, followed by phosphorylation betac residues recruitment SH2 containing molecules to receptor complex. The exact role such as Lyn in this other downstream signal transduction events remains unclear. RESULTS: We investigated association with using synthetic peptides derived from eight Box 1 motif. found that GST fusion proteins bind corresponding membrane proximal region specific phosphorylated residues. also determined Y1,2 well Y7 Y8 can act substrates Lyn. further analysed DNA synthesis anti-apoptosis inhibitor PP1 murine BA/F3 cells stably expressing a series mutant receptors. CONCLUSIONS: binds through multiple interactions, may play an important phosphorylation. essential mediated synthesis, response GM-CSF.
