摘要: The fabrication of colloidal and temperature stable microcapsules for encapsulation biomolecules based on matrix-assisted layer-by-layer (LbL) by polyelectrolyte self-assembly has been demonstrated. In brief, the process is emulsification a hydrogel in warm oil microdroplet formation. acts as matrix later can be loaded with biomolecules. After microdroplets of, example, protein are formed emulsification, cooling leads to solidification droplets form microbeads, followed microbeads multilayers through an LbL polymeric capsules.
