Concurrent dual-band LNA for dual-system dual-band GNSS receiver

摘要: Two concurrent dual-band low-noise amplifiers (LNAs) for GNSS applications are presented. They adopted resistive load and LC resonator load, respectively. On-chip circuits used biasing the main active baluns single-ended-to-differential conversions. Using power-constrained simultaneous input noise matching technique, LNAs achieve optimization simultaneously at two bands. Implemented in SMIC 0.18 μm CMOS process, both consume less than 8 mA dc current with a power supply voltage of 1.8 V. The proposed LNA exhibits measured gains 13 11.5 dB, figures 1.58 3.1 dB 1.217 1.568 GHz, has 16 14.8 2.2 2.35
