Management of primary gastric lymphoma.

摘要: A retrospective study of 51 patients treated for primary gastric lymphoma was made to evaluate the influence clinicopathologic features and method treatment on survival. The lymphocytic type tumor showed a higher survival rate than histiocytic type. Tumors that involved only wall resulted in five-year 62%, as compared with 50% tumors also adjacent lymph nodes, 25% those involving distant nodes. Treatment by subtotal, total, or extended forms resection without postoperative radiation gave 33%. Resection followed yielded 67%. best results were obtained 13 who received doses radiation: 11 (85%) survived five more years. One-third developed manifestations systemic malignant after curative therapy. These observations suggest planned multimodal therapeutic program this disease.
