摘要: Background There are limited psychometrically sound measures to assess higher level balance in individuals with incomplete spinal cord injury (iSCI). Objectives To evaluate interrater and intrarater reliability convergent validity of the Functional Gait Assessment (FGA) iSCI. Methods Twelve participants (11 male, 1 female) 32 73 years old chronic motor iSCI, American Spinal Injury Association Impairment Scale C (n = 2) or D 10), were included. Participants completed five outcome during a single test session including lower extremity scores from International Standards for Neurological Classification Cord Injury, FGA, 10-Meter Walk Test (10MWT), Walking Index (WISCI-II), Ambulation Profile (SCI-FAP). Results Inter- FGA excellent. Interrater was excellent intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) greater than 0.92 (p < .001). against an expert also all raters, ICC equal .01). Intrarater score 0.91 .002) raters. Validity 10MWT -0.90 .000), WISCI-II 0.74 .006), SCI-FAP -0.83 Conclusion The is reliable valid measure use when assessing gait provides clinicians tool utilize across variety neurologic diagnoses.
