摘要: The aim of this study was to design and validate a lung donor score that reflects experts' perceived risk allograft failure. All donors reported Eurotransplant from 1999 2007 [N=6080] were used create score. Based on observed discard rates using multivariate regression, points assigned for six preprocurement variables. Donors in 2008 the [N=751]. factors significantly predicted discard; as an example, following with points: age 55-59years: 2; compromised history: 4; smoking: shadow chest X-ray: purulent secretion during bronchoscopy: Pao(2) /Fio(2) ratio below 300mmHg: 3. Discard 6 (class 1) 18%, while 36% 54% 7-8 2) 9+(class 3) discarded (P<0.001), respectively. In addition, associated 1-year survival: class 1: 91%; 2: 80%; 3: 72% (P=0.017). accurately likelihood organ acceptance predicts patient mortality, its application at time reporting may facilitate assessment selection.
