摘要: Lung cancer is a complicated disease involving many genes and important biologic processes. Genetic variation or aberrant expression of some oncogenes, tumor suppressor DNA repair might be related to its incidence development. How find out the pathogenic factors lung molecular mechanism multistage carcinogenesis from massive data key question that researchers clinicians must answer. The bio-chip technology provides high throughput efficient method for research. latest progress in research summarized this minireview. DOI: 10.3779/j.issn.1009-3419.2011.05.11
