摘要: Intracellular current and voltage clamp techniques were used to investigate the mode of action anthelmintics, morantel, pyrantel levamisole applied bag region Ascaris suum muscle cells. Microperfusion anthelmintics O-acetylcholine (ACh) increased input conductance depolarised membrane potential bags. The relative potencies these drugs determined from dose–conductance relationships found be: morantel = > ACh. High doses (>10μM) caused antagonism ACh responses. ACh-induced currents measured under (over range −80 +10mV). At potentials between 0 mV, microperfusion induced a voltage-dependent inward current. current–voltage relationship was linear for in −30 +10mV. reversal directly be about became non-linear at more negative than degree non-linearity dependent upon concentration also possessed both (−30 0mV) components. each agonist, by extrapolation component relationship, approximately +10mV, indicating same cation channels activated anthelmintics. Evidence competition receptor obtained using iontophoretic delivery agonist double-barrelled micropipette. It is concluded that act as potent agonists receptors on membranes A. suum.
