Following the age of 30, this decrease accompanied by fertility potential (1). Although still debatable issue, it clear that age-related reduction fecundity primarily due to aging rather than uterus, because implantation rate older women, particularly over 40, tremendously improved equal younger when donated oocytes from are used (2).
