摘要: In industrial settings, dermal exposure to toxic substances usually occurs with the substance carried in a liquid mixture. The mixture may contain solvents used extraction processes, reaction by-products, wetting agents, surfactants, etc. For pharmaceutical applications, dosing vehicle is stabilize formulation and modulate absorption. either case, composition of affects thermodynamic transport properties penetrant. ability predict effect on relevant penetrant model would be valuable for evaluating risk or maximizing therapeutic value applications. This chapter exhibits some most recent works modeling prediction skin permeability from complex mixtures.
