摘要: In order to better understand the texture, microstructure and grain boundaries character distribution evolution of ferritic stainless steel, steel (hot rolled sheet, cold sheet annealing sheet) with 11 wt%Cr content were studied using X-ray diffraction electron back scattered technique. The texture hot sheets has a through-thickness gradient. center layer rolling α-fiber was observed which attributed ideal plane strain deformation. Close surface Gross orientation detected shear During annealing, γ-fiber formed recrystallization process. non-homogeneous through thickness, while, homogeneous thickness. Grain results show that there are many low angle in high coincidence site lattice after annealing. above indicated changes closely related type.
