摘要: The growing demand for lightweight products has been increased by the rapid development of automobiles in order to reduce fuel consumption. One keys reduced consumption is utilize high-strength, light materials like stainless steel that are difficult form due their strength. This paper discusses pressing technology forms relatively high-strength stainless-steel pipe with surface screw threads. Our new press-forming process was tested obtain accurate threads on pipe. A 3-D digitizer used measure accuracy pipes manufactured proposed method. method decreases thickness more effectively than conventional roll-forming technology. maximum decrease material produced roll forming 40%, but our 20%. Stress and strain were clarified using Finite Element Simulation expand effectiveness press
