摘要: Sinus floor elevation can be done by lateral maxillary approach or crestal osteotome techniques as a function of residual bone height. The technique has been developed for minor sinus elevation. This is method with relatively high predictability but technically demanding. During the past decade, different osteotome-mediated have to augment predictable implant placement. All these methods aim access better, augmentation low morbidity. Some require special equipment materials, complicated procedure, and long learning curve. article describes an innovative augmentation, namely, piezoelectric-assisted uses newly designed piezoelectric tip, which perform osteotomy in simple atraumatic way. greatest advantages good tactile sense osteotomy, least perforation, patient comfort lightest malleting, shortened surgery. may most favorable future.
