摘要: Many bridges are destroyed or fail completely during severe floods. If the cause of damage is not a structural deficiency, it may be excessive local scour around bridge piers and/or abutments. Although mechanics these obstacles has been studied extensively, studies investigating hydrologic design aspects limited in literature. Insufficient and hydraulic evaluations result uncertainties design. The optimum return period for flood hydrograph determined through hydro-economic analysis Lack relevant data, such as precipitation runoff lead to difficulties obtaining parameters. Realistic judgment hydrologist on behavior project area then required. In this paper, case study performed located small basin subject frequent floods presented. Scour computations have various combinations check foundation stability.
