摘要: Evolutionary conserved histone proteins play a very important role in the regulation of eukaryotic gene expression by undergoing post translational modifications within tail regions. However, their tissue-specific and development remains unclear. In this study, we provide evidence for vivo proteolytic cleavage H3 liver adult white Leghorn chickens, which believe to be regulated protease activity epigenetic markers. The chickens is unique, can serve as model studying changes chromatin organization expression. For first time, have identified partially purified H3-specific that distinct from activities recently reported. Together, our data processing identification specific may involved during development, aging, age-associated diseases.
