摘要: Ergonomics literature has often identified concerns about the difficulty of gaining support for ergonomics interventions. There appears to be a shift from view that issues can made simple, towards wider appreciation complexity problems in real world. A framework knowledge management--the Cynefin Framework--is recommended as providing way re-perceiving situations where may present or have already been identified. The uses multiple ontologies and indicates appropriate courses investigation action each four domains--the complex, complicated chaotic. This paper presents evidence need multi-ontology approach shows how Framework applied ergonomics.
