摘要: Osteopathy (manipulative care provided by foreign-trained osteopaths) emphasizes manual techniques as the cornerstone of patient care. Although osteopathic medicine has been well integrated into traditional health systems in United States, little is known about role osteopathy outside States. Therefore, it incumbent on community to gather evidence order practice scientifically informed effective methods. This narrative review outlines Cynefin framework for clinical reasoning and decision-making encourages a broadening base among osteopaths promote an interdisciplinary setting. also presents concept osteopath's mindline, which osteopath combines information from range sources internalized collectively reinforced tacit guidelines.
