摘要: Introduction Intracranial cavernous hemangiomas are benign vascular malformations that can be divided into intra-axial and extra-axial types. Extra-axial angiomas (or hemangiomas) rare lesions; intracranially, they arise in relation to the dura mater or at a spinal level mimicking meningiomas. They very rarely reported posterior cranial fossa. Case Report The authors report case of angioma occurred cerebellar falx 58-year-old man. lesion was discovered during computed tomography (CT) magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examinations. patient underwent surgery with en-bloc removal tumor. No significant intraoperative bleeding complications postoperative course. Conclusion Intra-axial histopathologically identical lesions, but by radiological features, it is difficult distinguish from meningiomas, especially when dural tail sign calcification present.
