摘要: This chapter takes into account the role of emotions in social interactions, both face-to-face and video-mediated. Emotions are conceptualised as ongoing processes rooted dynamic contexts, which can shape implicit explicit emotional responses. Emotion interactions therefore considered continuously developing, thanks to relationship between interactants them surrounding environment. Theories non-static phenomena illustrated before presenting a review literature on regulating interactions. Finally, based theoretical framework described this chapter, comparisons an emotionally competent human artificial agent drawn.
