Enhanced luminescence properties of Sr3−xEuxAlO4−yNyF phosphors

摘要: Luminescent materials with the chemical formula Sr3−xEuxAlO4−yNyF were prepared by a solid-state reaction. X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns, photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), photoluminescence emission and excitation spectra, lifetime, temperature-dependent luminescence, effects of Eu3+ N3− concentrations investigated in detail. Partial substitution Sr2+ O2− contributes to form quadrangular crystals, enhance thermal stability against temperature quenching effect. After partial replacement ions Sr3AlO4F host structure, intensity was enhanced charge-transfer band O2p→Eu4f shifted higher wavelength.
