摘要: A novel application of a 4 × Butler matrix consisting 0/180° tapered-coupled-line directional couplers in an ultra-broadband multiport reflectometer is presented. The performed analysis reveals, that such provide advantageous inner power distribution, which allows to obtain good accuracy complex reflection coefficient measurement. Due the higher number available ports comparison classic solutions, proposed system for great variety configurations, leading increase measurement accuracy. has been verified experimentally frequency range 1 – 8 GHz by measurements several reflective elements. results show agreement with ones obtained use commercial vector network analyzer.
