摘要: This article describes the periodontal management of a patient with severe aplastic anemia. A 51-year-old female was hospitalized anemia and referred for her cyclosporine-induced gingival enlargement bleeding from gums. She also complained pain in palatal area mandibular anterior region. The managed successfully supra- subgingival instrumentation, local drug delivery (LDD), electrosurgery, repeated oral hygiene instruction, constant supervision. treatment resulted dramatic improvement patient's health quality life. report highlights importance nonsurgical therapy followed by electrosurgery residual enlargement.
