摘要: Plant growth regulators (PGR) can be quantitated by bioassay, physiochemical assay and immunoassay. Because of several distinct advantages, immunoassay currently attracts much attention. It is the purpose this workshop to critically evaluate novel technique in relation others. To do so, contribution will provide a brief discussion basic technology involved, while following articles deal more specifically with validation, comparisons other approaches PGR analysis potential uses antibodies areas, such as immunoaffinity chromatography.
