摘要: This chapter describes the immunoassay of acidic plant hormones, i.e. gibberellins (GAs), indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) and abscisic (ABA). The other major class hormones for which immunoanalysis is appropriate, cytokinins discussed in Chap. 2, this Volume. However, technical aspects involved both basic are very similar.
