摘要: The electron band structure of graphene on SrTiO3 substrate has been investigated as a function temperature. high-resolution angle-resolved photoemission study reveals that the spectral width at Fermi energy and velocity are comparable to those BN substrate. Near charge neutrality, energy-momentum dispersion exhibits strong deviation from well-known linearity, which is magnified temperature decreases. Such modification resembles characteristics enhanced electron–electron interaction. Our results not only suggest can be plausible candidate material for applications in graphene-based electronics but also provide possible route toward realization new type strongly correlated phases prototypical two-dimensional system via manipulation proper choice dielectric substrates.
