摘要: Aberrant activation of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway plays a major role in carcinogenesis and progression many malignant tumors, especially gastric cancer (GC). Some research has suggested that expression β-catenin protein is associated with clinicopathologic factors affects biological behaviors GC cells. However, mechanism these effects not yet clear. Studies show regulates some miRNAs. We hypothesize oncogenic involved formation through regulating certain microRNAs (miRNAs). The results current study demonstrate characteristics including degree differentiation, depth tumor invasion, site, 5-year survival rate. found silencing lentiviruses could delay cell proliferation, promote apoptosis, weaken invasive power cells, increase sensitivity cells to 5-fluorouracil vitro. Using miRNA microarrays detect changes transcriptome following interference we miR-1234-3p, miR-135b-5p, miR-210, miR-4739 were commonly upregulated miR-20a-3p, miR-23b-5p, miR-335-3p, miR-423-5p, miR-455-3p downregulated. These data provide theoretical basis for potential interaction between GC.
