摘要: The present invention provides a methodology that can develop more excellent anti-cancer drug than conventional ones for various cancers. Specifically, the method establishing an artificial cell, comprising treating cancer cell with expression vector foreign oncogene and then culturing treated under condition which inhibits or function of is inherent to established cell; screening drug, evaluating whether not test substance proliferation as well identifying oncogene, gene cell.
