摘要: Abstract We examine determinants of educational and occupational aspirations expectations among children immigrants in Spain on the basis a unique data set that includes statistically representative for foreign-origin secondary students Madrid Barcelona plus sample one-fourth their parents. Independently collected both generations allow us to establish effects parental characteristics children's orientations without confounding potential inherent reports about analyse first ambition and, through series stepwise regressions, these goals other family expectations.
