摘要: A PZT microactuator such as for use in a hard disk drive has restraining layer bonded on its side that is opposite the which will be mounted. The comprises stiff and resilient material stainless steel. can cover all of top PZT, or most with an electrical connection being made to where it not covered by layer. reduces bending mounted hence increases effective stroke length, reverses sign length even further.
