摘要: A method for providing a composite voice-screen automatic response system (ARS) service, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: step receiving, by server multimedia call, call request message from user equipment; determining whether possesses ARS contents corresponding number message; transmitting, command downloading equipment when it is determined that contents; and number, wherein can receive an service synchronized with voice screen without installing application each enterprise service.
