摘要: A method for providing a voice-screen ARS service on terminal, according to an embodiment of the present invention, uses application installed terminal connect IVR system client company via voice call and connects data VARS server. Menu information including plurality menu items related is received through displayed screen output in audio. Accordingly, when user ARS, both services onscreen are simultaneously provided thereby decreases limitations inaccuracies increases convenience.
