摘要: Phosphoramidate derivatives of nucleoside compounds such as cladribine, isocladribine, fludaribine and clofarabine have enhanced therapeutic potency in homo sapiens, particular, with respect to a cancer leukaemia. Suitably the phosphoramidate is substituted at P atom by Ar-O, where Ar aryl or heteroaryl, either which may be optionally substituted. Formula (I).
