摘要: This chapter will report some preliminary findings of a study on educational design and development practices in the Netherlands. The purpose is to describe strategies that professional education training developers use practice. Twenty-four were interviewed intensively documents their projects analyzed. data show there are many differences between developers, but also several common themes. paper discusses most important results both technical-professional socio-professional domain, as well overall structuring process.
