摘要: Abstract According to Indonesian Standard SNI 15-7064-2004, Portland Composite Cement (PCC) or blended cement is defined as a hydraulic binder which consists of clinker, gypsum and one more inorganic materials where their contents range from 6% 35% the total mass PCC. However, some factories still have clinker levels in PCC above 80%. Many factors are suspected be cause this high level problem PCC, such quality raw meal mixture, combustion process, materials, others. This paper presents results study on content produced by two different preheater configuration plants, SLC SLCI. The analysis based microscopic examination, particle size distribution (PSD), CFD process simulation calciners. showed that were closely related PSD meal, configuration, cooling speed when out kiln. Configuration can influence uniformity pyroprocessing, residence time particles, clusterization belite phase well its clinker.
