摘要: This study describes the soil solution chemistry in rhizosphere of fine roots sessile oak ( Quercus petraea (M.) Liebl.) grown rhizotrons. A control was compared with soils treated an equivalent CaCO3 1.4 t ha-1 CaO. Solution samples were extracted from B-horizon using micro suction cups a ∼40 kPa. Two series experiments carried out: one irrigated rain water (age seedling 2 to 4 months) and demineralized seedlings 1.5 months). Half sampling points choosen close half bulk soil. In both there generally no rhizospheric gradient after liming. contrast, control, depletion occurred for most ions studied (Mg, Ca, Al, K, NO3-, NH4+, Cl-) experiment, but this different when rainwater used. The latter effect is probably due higher concentrations experiment could also be result root damage low Ca/Al ratios solution. It concluded, that liming improved chemical composition by increasing overall solute concentration levels enabling sufficient easier nutrient uptake roots.
