摘要: A method for releasing tethered liposomes from a supported lipid bilayer in response to light stimulus is described. The tethering accomplished through the hybridization of end-functionalized DNA that resides on both and liposome surfaces. Normally consisting cholesterol or tails, end group replaced this study by photoresponsive polymer partitions into bilayers at physiological pH. When exposed UV light, it undergoes excited state proton transfer with water. ensuing increase polarity increases solubility aqueous phase. Quartz crystal microbalance dissipation monitoring (QCM-D) fluorescence microscopy have been used record construction vesicle assembly subsequent light. It found critical flow rate release reduced when buffer performed conjunction exposure.
