摘要: Abstract The purpose of this study is to measure the pay satisfaction employees who work in deluxe hotels, and explain relationships among employees’ (pay level, raise, benefits, structure), job engagement withdrawal. A total 314 South Korea participated. results showed that benefits (β = .305), level (β = .232), structure (β = .174) had a significant effect on engagement, while (β = −.333), (β = −.232), raise (β = −.158), (β = −.134) affected Limitations future research directions were also discussed.
